| Dec 24 | Former missionary Pastor John Abbot promoted mission opportunity in SDA Language Institute in Korea by telling a children's story in worship service: John was in Korea and he saw a drunkard soldier and said to him "Merry Christmas!" But the soldier said t "Nobody cares for me." John invited the soldier to Christmas Party, but he did not smile at all. He invited him to come next Sabbath and he came. John invited him again and again, but all the time he said the same way that God did not care. A few month later he approached to John and smiled and said "Now I understand that God loves me and I want to be baptized." After the worship service Dr. Ken Yoo gave away flyers to church members and many people were very interested in this program. |
